Jake is in trouble with his wives. The wedding happened over two weeks ago and his marriages are still unconsummated. All because he made a deal with the Wizards of Valhalla to save their lives, you’d think they would be grateful.
Jake is about to find that the problem with his wives is as nothing to the trouble the Valhallans have brought down on his head. Now everybody wants him dead. To be fair, that’s only somewhat over two hundred thousand…star systems.
On the positive side, young women are falling over themselves to give what his wives are denying him, but then Jake is a moral young man and he is desperate to stay loyal to the two women he married. Who would ever have thought that agreeing to go to a multiverse conference would cause so many problems?
The big question is whether Jake will survive until the conference starts

I was hesitant about this, as it'd been some time since I read the last installment, but it's easy to get back into. The adventure continues and is as much a page-turner as the first installments. This book turns it up a notch as Jake's power is turned up a notch and those out to get him are more powerful. Calamity ensues, along with a dash of naughtiness. Jake and his world, I love it, such fun, and the writing is crisp, sweet, and bubbly, like root beer. Can't wait for the fourth book, as promised by the author.Product details

Great character development. John Booth has developed for me a credible universe that mixes magic and science. The book was a little short for me, but can't wait for the next.
Pretty good third book - I have to admit, that the plot and character has gotten more interesting as the series continues.
I really dislike writting reviews even though some authors are quite inspiring. Reading is one of my favorites forms of entertainment and with the advent ebooks and self published authors, the number of new published books are staggering. It seems the only way to get to the books/authors I like are to leave a review. Most books I read already have well thought out reviews that I generally agree with. In most cases I only leave a review if I either really enjoyed the book or hated it. So, for this particular book I concur with the other five star reviews and leave this review to show support and to encourage timely future books. I thank the author for an affordable good story.
The third book in this series and I still enjoy it. The situations are similar (it is a series) but different enough to give it a real new book feel. Definitely recommending this book and series to all my friends and family.
I really enjoy this book series. The plots are unique and keep your interest. The characters are completely believable and interesting. I love how these books take an old concept found in lots of children's books and rework it for grown adult readers. I was really happy with this series and this latest installment.
Third book in the Wizards series and still going strong. Everything you had come to expect from the first two books is here. The sometimes bumbling way of the most powerful known Wizard lends itself to some great reading. Please read the first two in order for the character development to be fully enjoyed.
As this series progresses, Booth is getting more proficient as a writer. Still, this series isn't about character development or deep themes. Instead, we experience the often comic (mis)adventures of the naive and frequently confused wizard Jake Morrissey. All three novels feel more like a series of connected stories than a single cohesive story, as Jake bounces from bizarre situation to bizarre situation. A novel like this could be a real mess, yet Booth pulls it off quite nicely and with a quirky sense of humor.
